5 miler

:This race had an age handicap.  My husbands goal was to beat me.  He was starting 4 min behind me.  He almost did beat me.  I ran at a 9:13 pace and he ran at 9:00 min pace.  It was a little cold outside, but a good race. I felt really good.  I wasn't winded or tired at the end.  It was run to race with friends, who were first timers as well.  Nora and Liz had their first race and they did great.  Jenny finished strong with a 10 min pace.
